Our Facilities

Our newly refurbished gym has all the latest tech to help you train harder for longer, lose pounds, and build muscle. At Physfit, we’ve got everything you need to reach your long term fitness goals. With an extensive Weight Suite, and our ‘Cardiovascular Suite’ you won’t be short of options when it comes to working out. Don’t forget about our newly refurbished changing rooms including brand new showers. We also have air-conditioning for the summer and full heating during the winter, so you’ll always be comfortable and ready to go.

Resistance

If resistance training is what you focus on, Physfit has everything you need to hit your end goals. We have an extensive range of professional equipment, which ranges from fixed weight to cable machines. Our range of machines give you everything you need to work every muscle group effectively.

Cardiovascular Suite

A good cardiovascular programme is essential in getting fit, healthy, and changing your body shape for the better. Our gym has a wide range of machines, so you’re never short of an option when working out. At Physfit, we care about helping you make your workout time efficient and effective.

Weights Suite

We also have an extensive weights suite, great for trainers of every level of ability. Our personal trainers will be there to help you out if you’re struggling. In terms of getting fit and healthy faster, free weights are very effective when used correctly. Combine it with an effective cardiovascular programme, and the fitness and physique you’re after will be yours in no time at all!

Personal Trainers

Our personal trainers are ready and waiting to give you all the help and support you need to give your training regime that boost it needs. Fully qualified and with all the fitness expertise you need, they can provide 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 training as well as any help you need with particular problems. HIIT Circuit Classes

Cardio HIIT & Body Conditioning Classes. Thursday evenings, 7pm – 8pm. All abilities and non-members welcome.
